SHIPPING: Unless otherwise arranged, we ship bulk orders via UPS.
RETURNS: Preauthorization is required for all returns. Fax return requests to 405-377-2237 to obtain a Return Authorization Number, which must appear on the outside of the return packages and on all paperwork. Packages without this number clearly visible will be refused. The account must be paid and returns must be in excellent condition in order to resale. Any books found to be damaged will not be accepted; the customer will be notified of any damaged returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
FEES: A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
CREDIT POLICY: Credit invoices will be issued for returned books accepted through the above procedures, and should be applied to your subsequent purchase. Credits expire one year from date of the credit memo. Credits are not to be taken before issued by our Returns Department.
