The Author

Judy Gigstad holds a bachelors degree in Medical Technology from Kansas State University, University of Kansas Medical Center. She is a lifetime Member, KSU Alumni Association and is a member of the Western Writers of America, the Oklahoma Writers Federation, and the Oklahoma City Writers.

She has written numerous articles to include four feature stories for Entertainment News, feature stories for Persimmon Hill Magazine and Kansas Magazine, and numerous reviews for these publications as well as Byline Magazine and The Bookreporter.

She has served as president and board member for numerous civic organizations, School PTA, Bible study leader, Chairman Mobile Meals Foundation. Her family includes a husband, two married sons, three grandchildren, three grand-dogs. She relaxes by playing tennis.
